摘 要:模腔压力曲线特征值是由模腔压力曲线抽象得到的量化值,研究其在注射成型中的作用。借助模腔压力传感器,得到注射成型过程中的模腔压力曲线及其特征值,研究在不同锥度浇口套条件下,料筒温度对模腔压力曲线特征值的影响情况。模腔压力曲线特征值能够较好地反映出浇口套角度和料筒温度的变化情况。实验结果表明:作为量化值,模腔压力曲线特征值在量化分析中能够起到良好作用。Cavity pressure curve characteristic value is a quantitative value abstracted from cavity pressure curve, its role in injection mold process was researched. Cavity pressure curve and its characteristic values were obtained via a cavity pressure sensor during the injection mold process to research the effect of barrel temperature on cavity pressure curve characteristic value in different taper sprue. Cavity pressure curve characteristic values reflect the change of sprue taper and barrel temperature.
