摘　　要：论述了对微型线圈骨架模具一系列优化的措施,大大缩短成型周期,降低模具生产成本,减小和缩短流道料,从而大幅度提高单套模具的生产寿命,使之达到稳定生产和工艺方法的标准化,直接为企业带来了显著的经济效益。This paper discusses the measures for micro-coil skeleton mold a series of optimization, greatly shorten the molding cycle, reduce the cost of production mold quantify,reduce and shorten the flow channel material, thereby greatly improving the life of a single set of molds, so as to achieve stabilization standardized production processes and methods directly to the enterprise has brought significant economic benefits.
