摘　　要：介绍了一种铝合金空心铰链挤压型材的焊缝质量控制生产研制过程。分析模具设计、模具焊修、铸锭质量及挤压工艺等参数对空心铰链挤压型材焊缝质量的影响,找到控制焊缝质量的生产关键因素,达到课题攻关目的。This article describes a kind of hollow aluminum extruding hinge weld quality control of the production development process. Analysis extruding die design, extruding die repair welding, quality of casting and extruding process parameters on hollow hinge weld quality extruding profiles, locate the production of the key factors controlling weld quality, to achieve the purpose of research topics.
