浅谈艺术类实验室的资源整合及管理

摘　　要：高校艺术类实验室经过十几年的发展,从无到有,从有到全,已进入一个新的发展阶段。然而在"高大全"的建设模式下,无论是人财物,还是相关制度、机制方面,高校各项配套都略显滞后,不适应当下我国教育现状和国情。学术界虽然提出过相应的对策研究,但在解决思路上缺乏"精准狠",未能很好体现艺术类实验教学改革的诉求。以广东财经大学为例,以因时制宜,因事制宜为理念,探讨更适应当前艺术类实验室改革发展的各项举措,并在实验室规划顶层设计方面进行了较为系统阐述,以支持推动当前实验教学改革。By more than ten years,arts laboratories have developed from weak to strong,and now are entering a new stage of development. However,in the construction of ＂ perfect ＂ mode,the laborer,the financial resources,the equipment,and related system and mechanism slowly developed,and cannot meet the requirement of China＇s education and national conditions. Although corresponding countermeasures have been put forward by academic persons,but these countermeasures cannot reflect very well the aspirations of the experimental teaching reform of art,hence would still lack of effective measures. This paper takes Guangdong University of Finance and Economics as an example,with the concepts of ＂ Adapt to changing times＂, ＂ Comply with the rules＂,to explore measures for adapting the current reform and development of the arts laboratory. The paper also deals with the top design aspects to support for the current experimental teaching reform.
