院级安全生产长效化管理体系的构探索与实践

摘　　要：随着我国高等教育事业的快速发展,尤其是理工科类高校教学科研与实验室建设的飞速发展对实验室安全生产管理提出了新的难题与挑战。学院作为实验室管理与实施实体,在安全生产管理体系中发挥着直接管理与实施的关键作用。理顺学院安全生产责任体系,完善安全生产制度体系,建立健全安全生产检查与奖惩机制以保证安全生产各项制度与措施的落实与实施,构建院级安全生产长效化管理体系,不仅是高校安全生产管理工作的需要,更使得安全生产管理体系具备了专业背景和技术基础,更贴近于高校的教学与科研实践,可操作性更强。Laboratory production safety management is an important part of college laboratory management. With the rapid development of China＇s higher education,especially the rapid development of university teaching and scientific research work and laboratory construction puts forward new problems and challenges to the laboratory safety production management. As an entity and the implementation of laboratory management, college plays a key role on the implementation and direct management in the production safety management system. It is necessary to straighten out the responsibility system of safe production in college,improve the system of safe production,establish and improve production safety inspection and punishment mechanism to ensure the implementation of the system of safe production and measures. Thereby,building a long-term management system of safe production in hospital level is the need of safety production management work in colleges and universities. It also makes production safety management system have professional background and basic technology. It is compatible to the university＇s scientific research and teaching practice and makes operability easy.
