摘　　要：图片资料档案数字化建设要遵循规范,档案库的信息组织与加工要以相关标准进行实施。图片资料档案库的信息组织应尽量多设置自动生成项和选择项,其数据管理系统按图片收集、审查、录入和查询的工作流程进行。图片资料档案库的信息加工按原件整理、检查修补、资料交接、数字化文件、录入信息、处理图片和检查校对的过程进行规范。采用通用的元数据格式标准以实现数据库之间的互联和互访,制定图片资料档案库的归档及备份转换格式,目的是使图片档案资源得到更充分的共享和利用,提高查询速度和利用效率,提升机构信息化管理水平。The construction of image data archives should follow the standard, the information organization and processing of the archives should be carried out according to the relevant standards. The information organization should try to set up the automatic generation and selection items, and the data management system should be carried out according to the working process of image collection, review, input and query. The information processing is processed according to the original arrangement, the inspection and repair, the data transfer, the digitized documents, the input information, the processing picture and the checking and proof reading process to carry on the standard, The purpose of which is to make the picture file resources gets more fully sharing and utilization, improves the query speed and efficiency, enhances the management level of information organization.
