摘　　要：近年来,随着饲料工业的飞速发展,颗粒饲料已逐渐被广大养殖户所接受并且用量有继续增长的趋势。而小麦作为一种在玉米价格波动峰值时的理想替代物,在生产实际中也取得了良好的效果。但是目前关于制粒对小麦日粮,尤其是在家畜中的影响的研究仍然较为匮乏。文章综述了近年来制粒对小麦日粮的饲用价值影响的相关研究,对制粒对小麦日粮的影响做一个简要的介绍。Pelleted diets have been widely accepted by most farmers with the development of feed in- dustry in recent years, and the amount of pelleted diets consumed every year is keeping increasing. Wheat is used as a replacement of corn while it is expensive, and wheat has acquired very good re- suits. However, few studies have been conducted to test the effects of pelleting on wheat-based diets in domestic animals. This article was aimed to summarize studies about the effects of pelleting on wheat diets in recent years and introducing this issue.
