摘 要:采用数值模拟与试验验证相结合的方法,对离心分选机内的流场分布与颗粒的分离规律进行研究,并对来复圈的结构及反冲水孔的排布进行优化,结果表明:位于分选区和分层区交界处存在的动态水力堰效应具有强化分选的作用;来复圈的结构对分选的影响主要表现在来复圈的截面形状以及反冲水孔的分布。通过模拟研究了来复圈内颗粒堆积规律,并设计出双弧形边壁。来复圈内流膜按照湍流强度可分为3层结构,从上到下依次是弱紊流层、扰动过渡层和射流控制层。反冲水孔数量较多时,射流控制层形成的伪弹性波短而频,适合分选较细颗粒;反冲水孔较少时,伪弹性波长而疏,利于较粗颗粒分选。Numerical simulation and experimental measurement were combined to study the fluid field distribution andparticle separation rule. Also,the structure of collecting groove and recoil water hole configuration were optimized. Theresults show that the hydraulic weir,that exist in the junction of the separation zone and the stratified area,has theeffect of strengthening the separation process. The cross section of rifle circle and the arrangement of recoil water holeshave a great influence on the separation process. The stratification characteristic of particles was modeled by numericalsimulation and the double arc side wall was designed. According to the turbulence intensity,flowing film in the riflecircle can be divided into three layers from top to bottom including a weak turbulent layer,a disturbance transition lay-er and a jet control layer. Pseudo elastic waves caused by jet control layer are short and frequent with a large numberof recoil holes,which is suitable for fine particles separation. Pseudo elastic waves are long and sparse with relativelysmall number of recoil water holes,which is suitable for the separation of coarse particles.
