细银质针导热疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察细银质针导热疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将膝骨关节炎患者60例,随机分为细银质针组和温针组,每组30例。细银质针组采用细银质针导热疗法治疗,温针组采用相关穴位温针治疗,1个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果:两组患者治疗后Lysholm评分均明显升高(P<0.05),而VAS评分明显降低(P<0.05);两组疗效比较,细银质针组疗效优于温针组(P<0.05)。结论:细银质针导热疗法治疗膝骨关节炎疗效优于温针疗法。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of fine silver-needle diathermy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods：60cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into fine silver needle group and thermoacupuncture group,30 cases in each group.The silver needle group was treated with fine silver needle diathermy.The acupuncture group was treated with thermoacupuncture therapy.The clinical effect is evaluated after one course of treatment.Results：After treatment,the Lysholm scores of the two groups were significantly increased（P〈0.05）while the VAS score was significantly lower（P〈0.05）,and the clinical effect of fine silver needle group is better than that of thermoacupuncture group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Fine silver-needle diathermy is better than thermoacupuncture therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis
