成人电子胃镜在261例小儿上消化道疾病中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨成人电子胃镜在小儿上消化道疾病中的应用价值。方法对临床疑似上消化道疾病的261例小儿进行成人电子胃镜检查。结果 261例中成功检查260例,成功率达99.6%,检出疾病251例,病变检出率达96.2%。其中浅表性胃炎169例、消化性溃疡44例、十二指肠球炎18例。上消化道异物取出5例,息肉清除5例,局部止血2例,术后效果等评价3例。结论成人电子胃镜用于小儿检查是一种安全、可行的方法,主要用于上消化道疾病的病因诊断,部分用于小儿上消化道异物取出、息肉清除等。Objective To study the application value of adult electronic gastroscopy in children with upper digestive tract dis- eases. Methods A total of 261 patients with clinically suspected upper digestive tract diseases were given adult electronic gas- troscopy. Results Among the 261 cases, successful examination in 260 cases, the success rate was 99. 6%, detection of dis- ease in 251 cases, the detection rate of lesions was 96. 2%. There were 169 cases of superficial gastritis, 44 cases of peptic ul- cer, 18 cases of duodenitis. Five cases of upper digestive tract foreign body removal, Polyps removed in 5 eases, 2 cases of local hemostasis. Conclusion Adult electronic gastroscopy for pediatric examination is a safe, feasible method, mainly used for etio- logical diagnosis of upper Kastrointestinal diseases, used to remove foreign body in upper gastrointestinal polyp removal.
