《婚姻法》司法解释(三)对我国女大学生婚姻观的影响——以贵阳某高校为例

摘　　要：新出台的《婚姻法》司法解释(三),对婚姻中夫妻财产分配等问题进行了调整,引起社会公众的强烈反应。作为高校主体的新时代90后女大学生,对《婚姻法》司法解释(三)关于财产分配内容的认知以及该法对女大学生婚姻观造成的影响也是高校中热议的话题之一。在调查分析女大学生婚姻观的基础上,建议女大学生通过提高法律意识、签订婚前财产协议、加强双方信任感等方面来完善自我正确的婚姻观。The Judicial Interpretation（III） of China＇s Marriage Law made changes to some provisions including married couples＇ property distribution,thus sparking heated debates in the society.As the post-90 s female college students have become a main part in the higher educational institutions,their cognition towards the contents of property distribution and the influence of the changes on the view of marriage have become hot topics in colleges and universities.Based on a survey of the female college students＇ view of marriage and relevant analyses,it is recommended that the female college students should improve the view of marriage by raising the legal consciousness,signing a pre-marital property agreement and strengthening mutual trust..
