玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合氟米龙滴眼液治疗儿童中度干眼症的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的:探讨玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合氟米龙滴眼液治疗儿童中度干眼症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取深圳市儿童医院收治的97例儿童中度干眼症患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组。对照组48例患儿给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液,观察组49例患儿接受玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合氟米龙滴眼液治疗,比较2组患儿的治疗效果、治疗前后相关评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患儿的总有效率为91.84%(45/49),明显高于对照组的77.08%(37/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿眼表疾病指数评分、结膜充血评分及睑板腺评分均较治疗前有明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的不良反应发生率为6.12%(3/49),对照组为4.17%(2/48),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合氟米龙滴眼液治疗儿童中度干眼症,疗效较好,安全可靠,值得临床推广。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical efficacy and safety of sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with fluorometholone eye drops in treatment of children with moderate dry eye. METHODS： 97 children with moderate dry eye admitted into Shenzhen Municipal Children＇s Hospital were selected to be divided into control group and observation group via the random number table. 48 cases in control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate eyedrops,while 49 cases in observation group received sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with fluorometholone eye drops. The treatment efficacy,related scores before and after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups of patients. RESULTS： The total effective rate of observation group was 91. 84%（ 45 /49）,significantly higher than that of control group [77. 08%（ 37 /48） ],with statistically significant difference（P〈0. 05）. After treatment,OSDI score,conjunctival congestion score and meibomian gland score of observation group were significantly lower than those of before treatment,in addition,significantly lower than those of control group,with statistically significant difference（P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse drug reactions in observation group was 6. 12%（ 3 /49）,and control group was 4. 17%（ 2 /48）,with no statistically significant difference（P〈0. 05）.CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with fluorometholone eye drops in treatment of children with moderate dry eye is remarkable,with high safety,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
