美托洛尔联合阿托伐他汀治疗心肌梗死的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨美托洛尔联合阿托伐他汀治疗治疗心肌梗死的临床疗效。方法:选择2014年1月—2015年3月收治的122例患者作为研究对象,根据入院时间的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各61例。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组患者给予硝酸甘油联合阿司匹林,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上给予美托洛尔联合阿托伐他汀,比较2组患者的总有效率、基本生命体征变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为91.80%(56/61),明显高于对照组的78.69%(48/61),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的心率、总胆固醇、左心房内径和二尖瓣舒张早晚期充盈流速比均较对照组改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论:心肌梗死患者在常规药物治疗的基础上,应用美托洛尔联合阿托伐他汀进行治疗,效果较好,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the clinical efficacy of metoprolol combined with statin therapy in treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction. METHODS： 122 cases admitted from Jan. 2014 to Mar. 2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group according to the time of admission,with 61 cases in each. Based on the conventional treatment,the control group were treated with nitroglocerin combined with aspirin,while the observation group received metoprolol combined with statin therapy. The total effective rate,changes of basic vital signs and incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between two group of patients. RESULTS： The total effective rate of observation group was 91. 80%（ 56 /61）,higher than that of control group 78. 69%（ 48 /61）,with statistically significance（P〈0. 05）. Meanwhile,compared with control group,the heart rate,total cholesterol,inner diameter of left atrium and flow rate of diastolic mitral of early or late stage in observation group had been significantly improved,with statistically significance（P〈0. 05）. There were no significant adverse reactions in two group of patients. CONCLUSIONS： Based on the conventional treatment,metoprolol combined with statin therapy in treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction is effective,with no significant adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
