摘　　要：目的：了解奈达铂在临床使用中引发药品不良反应（adverse drug reaction,ADR）的规律和特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：收集湖南省肿瘤医院（以下简称＂我院＂）2008年1月—2015年6月上报至国家ADR监测中心有关奈达铂的87例ADR报告,按患者性别、年龄、药品使用情况、ADR发生时间、ADR累及器官和（或）系统及临床表现、转归等进行统计分析。结果：40~〈60岁的患者ADR发生例数最多（占73.6%）;用药10 min内ADR发生比例较高（占52.9%）;ADR主要表现为速发型变态反应,常累及呼吸系统（占41.1%）,其次为皮肤及其附件（占27.0%）损害和全身性损害（占16.5%）。结论：奈达铂致速发型变态反应较为常见,医护人员需加强抗肿瘤药严重毒副反应和慢性毒性反应的监测和上报工作,以确保临床用药安全、有效。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the regularities and characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ ADRs）induced by nedaplatin in clinic,so as to provide reference for the rational drug use. METHODS： 87 cases of ADR reports induced by nedaplatin reported to National ADR Monitoring Center by Hunan Provincial Cancer Hospital（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂） from Jan. 2008 to Jun. 2015 were collected,statistical analysis was conducted on patients＇ gender,age,drug use status,occurrence time of ADRs,ADR involved organs and（ or）systems,and the prognosis,etc.. RESULTS： Of the 87 cases of ADR reports,the highest rate of ADRs occurred in patients with 40- 60 years old（ 73. 6%）; and the incidence of ADRs occurred within 10 minutes after administration was relatively high（ 52. 9%）. The main clinical manifestation of ADRs were immediate allergy,mainly involved the respiratory system（ 41. 1%）,followed by skin and its appendages injury（ 27. 0%） and systemic symptoms（ 16. 5%）.CONCLUSIONS： Immediate allergy induced by nedaplatin are very common,the medical staffs should strengthen the monitoring and reporting of severe toxicreaction and chronic toxic reaction of antineoplastic drugs,so as to ensure the safe and effective medication in clinic.
