摘　　要：阐述了利用《软件工程功能规模测量方法 COSMIC方法》标准测量移动应用功能规模。重点介绍了包括功能规模测量目的和范围的确认、功能性用户需求的标示、软件层的标示、软件边界的标示、数据组的标示、数据移动的标示、功能规模的计算,并通过实际案例展示功能规模测量活动及其测量结果。The ＂Software Engineering - Functional Size Measurement Method - COSMIC Method＂ could be employed to measure the functional size of a mobile application. This article mainly introduces some practices including the determination of the purpose and the scope of FSM, the identification of Functional User Requirements/layers/functional users/software boundaries/functional processes/data groups/data movements, the classification of data movements and the calculation of functional size. In the end, a real example of measurement practices is provided.
