摘  要:动物实验证实熊果酸和齐墩果酸对多种原因的肾损伤及移植肾都有保护作用,包括药物(如马兜铃酸、阿霉素、庆大霉素、四氯化碳、环孢菌素等引起的)、高血糖、高血压、梗阻和缺血再灌注引起的肾损伤。熊果酸和齐墩果酸对正常和肾脏受损动物都有促进尿钠排出,提高肾小球滤过率和肌酐清除率的作用。熊果酸能抑制多种前列腺癌细胞和膀胱癌细胞增殖并诱导其凋亡;整体实验证实其可抑制小鼠前列腺癌发生和发展,防止睾酮引起大鼠良性前列腺增生;在较低浓度时能阻滞大肠埃希杆菌与尿路上皮细胞黏附,有望防止尿路感染发生。齐墩果酸可抑制尿钙排出和阻滞尿石形成。It has been proved that ursolic and oleanolic acids possess nephroprotective effects against drug(ie aristolochic acid, adriamycin, gentamycin, carbon tetrachloride or eyclosporine)-, hyperglycemia-, hypertension-, obstruction-, ischemia-reperfusioninduced renal injury and grafting kidney by animal experiments. Ursolic and oleanolic acids have the improving actions on natriuresis, glomerular filtration rate and creatinine clearance in normal and kidney-injured animals. Ursolic acid inhibits proliferation against various prostate cancer cells and bladder cancer cells, and induced apoptosis. It has been proved by animal experiments in vivo that ursolic acid inhibits the initiation and progression of prostate cancer in mice, and testosterone-induced benign prostatic hyperplasia in rats. Ursolic acid at lower concentration can reduce the adhesion of uropathogenic Escherichia coli strains to uroepithelial cells, and prevent from urinary tract infections. Oleanolic acid can reduce the urinary calcium output, and prevent from urolithiasis.
