急性肢体动脉栓塞患者介入溶栓治疗的临床护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨急性肢体动脉栓塞患者介入溶栓治疗的临床护理效果。方法随机选择2014年4月～2015年8月,在我院进行治疗的急性肢体动脉栓塞患者200例,将其列为研究对象进行研究,分为研究组和对照组两组,两组患者均采用介入溶栓进行治疗,研究组患者采用优质护理方式,对照组患者采用常规护理方式,护理治疗后比较两组患者的病情变化情况及护理满意程度。结果研究组与对照组护理后病情均得到一定的改善,但是研究组病情好转的人数更多（总有效率为96.0%）,对照组仅有76例患者病情得到改善（总有效率76.0%）,研究组护理满意程度高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在急性肢体动脉栓塞患者介入溶栓治疗过程中,给予患者优质护理,可以缓解疾病给患者带来的疼痛,降低并发症的发生率,促进患者康复。Objective To investigate the clinical nursing intervention effect of acute arterial embolization in patients with thrombolytic.Methods From April 2014 to August 2015,200 patients with acute arterial embolization in our hospital were selected as subjects,and then they were divided into study group and control group,two groups of patients were treated with interventional thrombolysis treatment,the study group was treated with high-quality care,the control group were treated with the routine care manner,after treatment,the changes in conditions and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The study group and the control group of patients under the care of nurses,the condition improved significantly,but the number of study group（total effective rate of 96.0%） improved more significant than the control group,while there were only 76 patients in the control group（total efficiency rate of 76.0%）,the satisfaction with care in the study group was higher than the control group,there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In patients with acute arterial embolization interventional thrombolytic treatment,patients giving quality of care,can ease the pain of the disease to patients,reduce the incidence of complications and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
