中医推拿治疗在小儿腹泻中应用的文献研究

摘　　要：小儿腹泻是一组以大便次数增多和大便性状改变为特点的临床综合征,是一种由多种病原、多因素引起的儿科常见病。现分析小儿腹泻的病因及推拿治疗的主要机制,浅析中医推拿治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效,归纳推拿疗法在各型小儿腹泻的主要取穴,最后总结临床使用推拿疗法治疗小儿腹泻的实用技巧,力求对小儿腹泻临床诊治提供帮助。Infantile diarrhea is a group of clinical syndrome characterized by the increase of the number of stool and the change of the characteristics of the stool.It is a common disease in pediatrics caused by multiple pathogens and multiple factors.This paper will analyze the causes of infantile diarrhea and the main mechanism of the treatment,the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine massage treatment of infantile diarrhea,and summarize the main points of massage therapy in infantile diarrhea,and at last summarize the practical skills of massage therapy for infantile diarrhea.Strive to provide help for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diarrhea in children.
