补肾通痹化纤方治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的理论研究进展

摘　　要：特发性肺间质纤维化是呼吸科疑难病种,目前尚无充分证据证明何种药物对其有治疗作用。本文从特发性肺间质纤维化的临床表现、呼吸生理病理入手,结合中医学理论,通过临床总结自拟补肾通痹化纤方,着重探讨补肾通痹化纤法治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的进展,分析补肾法、通痹法、化纤法应用于治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的机制,并通过传统中医学论述及现代临床报道证实其有效性。总结补肾通痹化纤方可以作为中医治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的一种方法。Idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis is a complicated disease in the department of respiratory and currently no drugs have been proved to be effective with sufficient evidence. In this essay, the Bushen Tongbi Huaxian Fang was prepared based on the clinical manifestation of idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, respiratory physiolo- gy and pathology as well as the traditional Chinese medicine theory and the progress of Bushen Tongbi Huaxian Fang in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis was investigated, the mechanism of Bushen, Tongbi and Huaxian in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis was analyzed and the effectiveness was proved through traditional Chinese medicine discussions and modem clinical reports. Conclusion： Bushen Tongbi Huaxian Fang can be applied in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis in traditional Chinese medicine.
