京津冀区域动漫产业协同发展构想

摘　　要：京津冀一体化快速推进,动漫产业领域已经开始出现短期、小规模的零散合作,但是地区发展不平衡、产业条块分割的问题依然突出。为此,以政策和机制为保障,建立和完善信息技术系统,走动漫产业集群和融合发展之路,实现京津冀区域动漫产业协同发展,以区域优势参与全球的竞争。Under the background of the rapid integration of Jing-Jin-Ji area,the phenomenon of shortterm,small-scale scattered collaboration has begun to appear in the animation industry,but the problems of uneven regional development and the industry fragmentation are still outstanding.To this end,the governments need to make relevant policies and mechanism,establish and perfect the system of information technology,promote the animation industry cluster and integration development,so as to achieve the collaborative development of animation industry in Jing-Jin-Ji area and the purpose of participating in global competition by virtue of regional advantages.
