摘　　要：现代金融业的改革与发展需要高素质金融人才的支撑。为了进一步完善我国金融人才培养机制,提升培养水平,文章对近年来金融人才培养的相关文献进行了统计研究,从培养现状、发展趋势、培养目标和培养方式等方面归纳了主要的学术观点和研究成果,在此基础上提出了对未来研究方向的展望。The reform and development of the modern financial industry needs the support of high-quality financial talents. In order to improve our financial talents training mechanism and enhance the level of training, this article carries on a statistical research of financial talents training related literature in recent years and sums up the main academic viewpoints and achievements from the aspect of present situation,development trend, training target, and training mode. Based on this, the article advances an outlook for the future research direction.
