摘　　要："昭信股票"虽名为股票,但不是真正意义上的股票,而是中国最早发行的国家公债。昭信股票产生于清朝末年的戊戌变法期间,是中国封建社会资本主义萌芽的产物。光绪皇帝曾把它列为新政措施之一。昭信股票的产生、发行和退出,见证了清王朝那段腐败没落、贪官污吏横行、民生凋零的历史。Although＂Akinobu stock＂is called stock,it is not the stock in true sense, but the first bond issue of China. During the Reform Movement, Akinobu stock produced in the Qing Dynasty, it is a product of the seeds of capitalism in Chinese feudal society, Emperor Guangxu had left it as one of the New Deal measures. The production, distribution and exit of Akinobu stock witnessed the history of the Qing Dynasty of corruption decline, rampant corrupt officials and people＇s livelihood dying.
