河北省科技创新与金融创新耦合发展现状及对策

摘　　要：科技进步是经济增长的重要源泉,金融是现代经济的核心,二者成为推动经济发展的重要因素。从二者的关系来看,不仅表现为表层的科技发展带动金融创新、金融支持科技创新,还表现为更深层次的科技创新与金融创新的耦合发展关系。目前,河北省科技创新取得巨大成就,对金融创新的推动作用和市场需求非常明显;同时,河北省银行业等间接融资市场及风险投资等资本市场对科技创新推动作用明显,但比起科技创新的巨大资金需求,金融供给仍有巨大差距。Science and technology progress is the important source of economic growth, finance is the core of modern economy. The two become important factors to promote the development of the economy. From the two relations, not only for the surface of the development of science and technology promoting financial innovation, financial support for scientific and technological innovation, and from a deeper level of science and technology innovation and the coupling relationship between development of financial innovation. At present, Hebei province has made great achievements in scientific and technological innovation,the role of the promotion of financial innovation and market demand is very obvious. At the same time, the banking industry in Hebei province and other indirect financing market and risk investment and capital market has an obvious role in promoting scientific and technological innovation, but rather than technological innovation needs huge funds, financial supply there is still a huge gap.
