摘 要:从载波移相(CPS)的原理出发,详细介绍了一种调制波反向的单极倍频CPS脉宽调制(PWM)技术在级联H桥静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)中的应用。基于H桥单元及级联H桥拓扑,详细分析了一个周期内H桥功率单元各个IGBT器件的开关状态、三电平端口输出电压波形及实际的功率流状态,两个H桥单元的级联情况下的叠波状态及五电平端口输出电压波形。并利用Matlab仿真软件对单H桥单元三电平端口输出电压及频谱进行分析验证,还对级联H桥拓扑的五电平端口输出电压及频谱进行分析验证。通过搭建试验平台,对单模块的三电平及级联模块的五电平进行测试,理论分析和仿真验证及测试试验均说明调制波反向的单极倍频CPS-PWM技术在级联H桥STATCOM中应用的正确性及优越性。The purpose of this study is introducing the application of a reversed modulating wave single polar double frequency carrier phase-shifted technology used in cascaded H-bridge STATCOM though the principle of carrier phase shift.Based on H-bridge and cascaded H-bridge topology,it specifically analyze each IGBT's switching state,three- level port output voltage waveform in each H bridge power unit, the actual state of power flow, the state of overlap- ping waves in two cascaded H-bridge units and five state-level port output voltage waveforms within a period.This thesis analyzes and verifies not only the single H-bridge three-level port output voltage and its frequency spectrum, but also the cascade H-bridge topology five-level port output voltage and its frequency spectrum by using simulation software matlab.All the results illustrate the correctness and superiority of the application of the reversed modulating wave single polar double frequency cartier phase-shiftod technology.
