摘 要:大功率复杂电力电子装置通常需要实时仿真系统来加速装置开发和功能验证。而商业化电力电子实时仿真系统均由国外公司垄断,价格昂贵,系统升级维护费用高。为此提出一种低成本实时仿真系统实现架构,以多片现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)作为并行核心运算单元,有效增加仿真容量和缩短仿真步长。基于该架构自主开发了实时仿真平台,并采用硬件描述语言构建10 kV 12级联H桥STATCOM电路仿真模型进行系统半实物仿真验证。仿真实验结果表明,实时仿真步长可以达到2μs,实时仿真波形与Matlab仿真波形基本一致。Complex control of power electronic systems usually rely on real-time simulation system to accelerate the system development and ensure the correct control.However,commercial power electronic real-time simulation system are monopolized by foreign companies, the price and system maintenance are expensive.This paper proposes a low-cost real-time simulation system based on multi feld programmable gate array(FPGA) implementation architecture.It uses mul- ti-FPGAs as the core parallel computing unit,and this effectively enlarges the simulation computing resources and shortens the simulation step.Using hardware description language to build a 10 kV STATCOM model with 12 cascaded H-bridge.This system is validated under the real control unit, and the simulation results show that the real-time simu- lation step can reach 2 p^s and its results are similar to Matlab/Simulink waveforms.
