摘 要:以柠檬酸为表面修饰剂,在室温、大气的环境下,合成CdS纳米溶胶,并通过实验探讨制备CdS纳米溶胶的最佳物料配比、最佳pH值及所受温度的影响。实验表明,Cu^(2+)会导致硫化镉量子点荧光淬灭,淬灭程度达到73%。相对荧光强度ΔF与InC(Cu^(2+))呈良好的线性关系,且硫化镉量子点对Cu^(2+)的选择性较高。所制备的CdS纳米溶胶荧光性质稳定,可应用于水样中痕量铜的检测。In this paper, CdS nanoparticles were synthesized by citric acid as the surface modifying agent, and the best material ratio, the optimum pH value and the temperature were investigated by experiments. Experimental results showed that the Cu^(2+) could lead to fluorescence quenching of cadmium sulfide quantum dots, and the quenching degree could reach 73%. There was a good linear relationship between relative fluorescence intensity(ΔF) and InC(Cu^(2+)), and cadmium sulfide quantum dots had a high selectivity for Cu^(2+). The nano CdS had stable fluorescence property and could be used for the detection of trace copper in water samples.
