天水市乡村防痨人员结核病相关知识及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析天水市乡村防痨人员结核病相关知识的知晓情况和影响因素。方法对全市7个县、区113个乡镇采取分层整群抽样的方法,抽取乡镇39个,对抽取乡镇的所有乡村防痨人员进行问卷调查。结果结核病相关知识调查的11个问题,有6个问题回答正确率在80.00%以上,总体知晓率为87.95%;对国家结核病政策和落实措施的7个问题,仅有2个问题回答正确率在80.00%以上,总体知晓率为70.89%。结论天水市乡村防痨人员对结核病相关知识掌握有限,需全面提高乡村防痨人员对结核病防治政策、基本知识的知晓程度。OBJECTIVE To analyze tuberculosis relevant knowledge and influencing factors for preventing tuberculosis among rural doc- tors in Tanshui. METHODS According to stratified cluster sampling 7 counties 113 towns, all the rural doctors agaminst tuberculosis were selected from 39 towns and investigated by questionnaires. RESULTS 11 questions related knowledge among tuberculosis, there were 6 questions answered correctly rate were more than 80.00%, the overall awareness rate were 87.95%; the national TB policies and measures to the 7 questions, only two questions correct rate in more than 80.00%, the overall awareness rate 70.89%. CONCLU- SION Rural doctors Tuberculosis TB related knowledge were limited.
