摘　　要：目的考察针对性的团体心理干预对康复期精神分裂症患者的自尊、自我效能感和社会支持水平的影响。方法将符合入组标准的150例康复期精神分裂症患者按1:1比例,随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组仅接受常规社区精神卫生服务;干预组在此基础上进行团体心理干预,在心理干预前后分别对两组自尊量表(SES)、自我效能感量表(GSES)和社会支持量表(SSRS)进行评分并做比较。结果两组共完成148例,干预组患者的自尊、自我效能感、社会支持总分和两个维度主观支持分及对社会支持的利用度,在接受2个月的团体心理干预后,较干预前有了显著的提高(P<0.01)。并与对照组相比,各项得分也有了明显的提高,即SES、GSES、主观支持得分比较(P<0.05),客观支持分、对社会支持的利用度和社会支持总分比较(P<0.01)。结论在疾病康复治疗中,采用药物治疗的同时加强专业、系统的团体心理干预,可提高康复期精神分裂症患者的自尊、自我效能感,改善他们的社会支持状况。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of group psychological intervention on self-esteem, self efficacy and social support in the patients with schizophrenia of convalescence. METHODS Randomly divided into intervention group and control group with the proportion of 1：1 for those schizophrenic patients who ware up to the standard to be selected into the group. The control group barely receive noimal community mental health service and intervention group were taken the group psychological intervention based on that. SES, GSES and SSRS would be scored and compared to the two group respectively before and after the psychological intervention. RESULTS 148 cases was finished all together for two groups; the self-esteem, self efficacy, social support total score, the two di- mensions of subjective support and the use degree of soeial support were improved substantially（P〈0.01）, and each score also has been improved pretty much compared with control group in SES, GSES, subjective support score comparision（P〈0.05）, objective support score, the use degree of social support and social support total score eomparision（P〈0.01）. CONCLUSIONS During the rehabilitation of diseases, by strengthening specialized, systematic group intervention in addition to drug therapy, for the patients with schizophrenia of convalescence, their self-esteem, self efficacy could be improved and their social support condition could bebetter.
