摘　　要：Recently it is encouraging to see the booming development of renewable energy power,typically wind and photovoltaic power,in China,evidenced by the impressive data(by end of 2014):·accumulative installed capacity of photovoltaic power generation increases by 60 percent,producing about25 TWh,that is a year-on-year growth of over 200 percent;·newly installed capacity of photovoltaic power reaches 10.6 GW,accounting for one fifth of the global total;
