摘 要:选用了压力容器中常用的三瓣式剖分环快开门作为模型进行接触应力分析。为了减小计算量,将快开装置从压力容器中孤立出来,根据该装置的结构对称性,用Solid Works建立了剖分环三分之一的三维实体模型,根据实际情况限定容器的内压,并且通过计算给出了作用于剖分环上的压强。利用Solid Works Simulation有限元分析工具分析计算了剖分环上表面和筒体沟槽上端的应力分布情况,得到了该结构的应力分布云图。同时对危险截面进行了强度评定。结果表明剖分环式快开装置满足相应压力容器分析设计标准的强度要求。The detailed contact stress analysis of the 3 valve type of the split quick closure, which is usually used in pressure vessel, was made. To reduce the amount of computation, the quick closure was isolated from the pressure vessel. According to the symmetry of the structure, a third of 3D entity model was established by Solid Works. And the pressure on the split was calculated on the basis of the actual situation. The stress distribution rules and the nephogram of the whole structure were obtained via the finite element analysis of Solid Works Simulation. At the same time, the strength assessment to each dangerous section was made. Results show that the design of the selected structural is reasonable and the strength complies with the design reguirements.
