摘 要:为了明确不同型式隔舌对离心泵内部流场的影响,利用标准k-ε湍流模型,对不同工况下单隔舌、双隔舌蜗壳离心泵外特性参数进行数值模拟及相关试验,验证双隔舌蜗壳离心泵的可行性,分析不同工况下单隔舌、双隔舌离心泵叶轮与蜗壳处径向力特性,并对蜗壳和叶轮静压分布以及流场的湍动能进行研究。结果表明:采用双隔舌蜗壳并不会对离心泵外特性造成影响;不同工况下,作用在蜗壳上的径向力均远大于叶轮上的径向力,当采用双隔舌时,叶轮处径向力略微减少,而蜗壳处则降低显著;两种隔舌离心泵叶轮内流体流动趋势相当,各处静压分布较为均匀;不同时刻下,采用双隔舌时,其蜗壳内静压分布变化更小,尤其表现在蜗壳扩散段,说明双隔舌蜗壳更利于流体流动。In order to clarify different tongues' influences on the internal flow field of a centrifugal pump,based on ak-εturbulence model,its external characteristics were numerically simulated and tested under different operating conditions,the results showed that a double-tongue centrifugal pump is feasible.Radial force characteristics,static pressure distribution and the turbulent kinetic energy on the impeller and volute of centrifugal pumps with different tongues were analyzed.Results showed that the double-tongue has no obvious effects on the external characteristics of pumps;the radial hydraulic force acted on the volute is much larger than that acted on the impeller under different operating conditions;when the double-tongue is applied,the radial hydraulic force on the impeller decreases slightly,and it decreases significantly on the volute;tendencies of fluid flowing on the impeller under different tongues are similar,and static pressure distributions are uniform for the two tongues;when the double-tongue is applied at different instants,changes of static pressure distribution are smaller,especially,during the diffuser duration of the volute,so the doubletongue is much better for fluid flowing.
