摘　　要：通过对安顺市学院路社区商铺服务功能的调查发现,社区商铺存在于社区中有着特殊的优势与问题,既有盈利目的,也有服务功能。因此,对于投资社区商铺,需要选择性投资一些尚未布局的可盈利产业,政府部门要加强社区必要的设施建设,商铺经营者要提高社区服务意识,从整体上推进社区的网格化管理。The number of community shops is increasing,the type is Completing with new urbanization. We found that community shops exist in the community has special advantages and problems,but also services by survey to Anshun City Community College Road shop services. Therefore,we believe the investment community shops,are not yet in need of selective investment layout profitable industry,government departments should strengthen the necessary community facilities,shop operators to raise awareness of community services,promoting grid management community as a whole.
