新时期医院政工人员如何进一步提高工作能力

摘　　要：随着医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入,医院政工人员发挥的作用也越来越凸显。如何提高自身工作能力,更好地服务医院工作良性运转,对政工人员来说提出了新的课题。本文首先分析了当前医院政工人员提高工作能力的重要性,其次阐述了政工人员应提高的几种工作能力,并就提高医院政工人员工作能力提出了几点建议。The role of political staff in hospitals is becoming more and more significant,as long as the healthcare system reform is going deeper and deeper. It raised a new question for the political staff in hospitals,which is how toenhance their working ability to better serve the operation of hospitals.This assay first analyzed the importance of strengthening the working capability of political staff,followed by illustration of working capability the political staff should be equipped. Lastly,it suggested certain methods to be taken in order to boost the working capability of the political staff in hospitals.
