摘　　要：文章阐述了Φ482 mm系列穿孔机在生产中存在的问题,阐明了三段式顶头设计的方法,并对顶头的几何尺寸进行优化设计,生产几何尺寸符合要求毛管,满足了PQF连轧机组生产工艺的要求,提高了生产线的作业率和成材率。In the paper,it is elaborated the existing problems in the production of Φ 482 mm series of piercing mill,the method for designing plug with three stops and the optimization design for geometric dimensioning of plug. Finally,the hollow billet with the geometric dimensioning satisfied requirements is manufactured so that the requirements of production process for the premium quality finishing( PQF) could be satisfied as well as the operation rate and yield of production line could be improved.
