包钢ERP热轧排程管理系统的设计

摘　　要：介绍了包钢ERP热轧排程管理系统的架构和主要业务流程,对热轧排程管理系统的设计思想和设计目标等进行了讨论。ERP热轧排程管理系统在ERP其它子系统和现场二级的支撑下,能够使现场生产活动精细化组织,优化生产节奏,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,实现生产排程一级化管理。In the paper,it is introduced the structure and main business process for management system of hot rolling scheduling for enterprise resource planning( ERP) of Baotou Steel as well as discussed its design ideas and goals. With the support of other subsystems for ERP and L2 systems at field,the producing activities at field are with fine organization,rhythm of production is optimized,production efficiency is improved and production costs are reduced so that the first level of management for production scheduling is realized with the system.
