摘 要:女子冰球技术同男子一样,具有多元、对称和组合变异的特点。无论是滑行速度、射球力量或是身体接触,当速度和速度力量增长,滑行速度和射球力量指标也相应提高。本文采用文献资料法和观察法,通过对2014-2015赛季国家女子冰球队运动员身体训练的方法和手段进行研究,总结女子冰球运动员在比赛中力量、速度、耐力、灵敏等素质显示的特点和身体训练同技术训练与战术训练的关系以及不同类别身体素质训练的方法和手段,为进一步完善我国女子冰球运动员身体训练的方法和手段,从而提高身体训练的水平,提供了必要的理论和实践依据。Womeng ice hockey technology has multiple, symmetrical and combined variation characteristics, which are the same as the man's. Regardless of the sliding speed, shooting the ball power or body contact, with the growth of speed and speed force, the sliding speed and shooting the ball power index also increased simuhaneously. This article adopts the documentation method and observation method, through the research on the methods and means of physical training of the National Womeng ice hockey team in 2014 -2015 season ,in order to summarize the characteristics of womeng ice hockey players' strength, speed, endurance and agility during the game, and the relationship between physical training, technical training and tactical training, as well as methods and means of fitness training in different categories. Through further improving the methods and means of physical training of Chinese female ice hockey players to improve the level of physical training, this article provides the necessary theoretical and practical basis.
