基于SWOT分析的黑龙江省冰雪体育产业发展研究

摘　　要：黑龙江省凭借丰富的冰雪资源积极发展冰雪体育产业。黑龙江省在发展冰雪体育产业的过程中,对于黑龙江省打造特色冰雪体育文化、调整经济发展结构以及推动经济发展,优化黑龙江省的城市建设,提升黑龙江省的冰雪体育竞技水平都有着较大的影响。本文采用文献资料、SWOT等研究方法,分析黑龙江省在发展冰雪体育产业中存在的优势、劣势、机遇以及威胁,并提出了一系列推动黑龙江省冰雪体育产业发展的对策,如充分发挥自身优势,提升冰雪体育产业发展水平;弥补自身不足,强化冰雪体育产业发展能力;抓住机遇,扩大冰雪体育的影响力度;不畏威胁,加大对冰雪体育产业监管力度。通过这些对策的提出,以期为管理部门制定相关的政策提供参考依据。Heilongjiang province tries to develop the ice and snow industry by the advantage of rich ice and snow resources. In the process of it, the activities play an important role for creating special ice and snow sports culture, adjusting economic structure and promoting the total development scale of Heilongjiang economic. By introducing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threatens, the paper proposes a series of advices to promote Heilongjiang province ice and snow sports industry. , such as understanding their advantages, remedying their weakness, catching the opportunity and not being afraid of threaten. Thus, this paper could provide some theoretical basis for relative researchers and important references for administrative department that made relevant policy.
