消乳散结胶囊联合左旋甲状腺素治疗甲状腺结节的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察消乳散结胶囊联合左旋甲状腺素钠片治疗甲状腺结节的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予消乳散结胶囊加左旋甲状腺素钠片治疗,对照组仅给予左旋甲状腺素钠片治疗,观察治疗前后有效率、甲状腺结节大小变化、甲状腺生化指标、中医体质计分及并发症情况。结果治疗组治疗甲状腺结节的有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),同时可以改善体质及减少并发症发生(P<0.05)。结论消乳散结胶囊联合左旋甲状腺素治疗甲状腺结节可显著提高疗效,改善体质及减少并发症的发生。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xiaoru Sanjie capsules plus levothyroxine as treatment on thyroid nodules. Methods Sixtycases of thyroid nodules patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients were treated with Xiaoru Sanjie capsules combinedwith levothyroxine in treatment group while patients were treated with only levothyroxine in control group. To observe the thyroid nodule size changes,thyroidbiochemical indicators,TCM constitution scoring and complications. Results The clinical efficacy on thyroid nodules of patients in treatment group showedadvantages over that of control group（ P 〈 0.05） and can improve physical fitness and reduce complications（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The dosage regimenof Xiaoru Sanjie capsules plus levothyroxine as treatment on thyroid nodules can significantly improve clinical efficacy improve physical fitness and reduce theincidence of complications.
