摘 要:利用研制的微观仿真可视模型,对产气功能菌驱油过程中的剩余油形态及流动特征进行显微观察,定量分析产气功能菌对不同形态剩余油的微观驱替效果。结果表明:产气功能菌注入模型后,在原位产气降低了原油黏度,增强了原油流动性,对簇状和柱状剩余油的作用效果显著,最终提高采收率达22%;与常规气驱相比,产气功能菌的主动运移能够有效扩大波及体积,提高了模型过渡区和边界的驱替效率,从而获得较高的最终采收率。Morphology and flow characteristic of remaining oil in the displacement process were observed with a microscopic visual simulation model. Microscopic displacement effect of various remaining oil by the gas producing bacteria was quantitatively analyzed. After the injection of gas producing bacteria into the model,crude oil viscosity was reduced and oil mobility was enhanced. The effect on the cluster and columnar remaining oil was obvious and final oil recovery was increased by 22%. Compared with conventional gas drive, the sweep volume was enlarged and the displacement efficiency was improved in the active migration of gas producing bacteria. Therefore, a higher oil recovery was obtained.
