摘　　要：采用等离子堆焊技术,在一种铜合金基体上制备NiCrSiB系自熔合金粉末的堆焊层。使用扫描电子显微镜、X-射线衍射仪、显微硬度计等测试仪器,研究NiCrSiB系自熔合金粉末堆焊层的组织结构和显微硬度。结果表明:基体和堆焊层实现了冶金熔合;堆焊层由γ-Ni相固溶体和γ'、-Ni相固溶体组成,同时有Fe Ni_3、Al B_2、Cr B、Cr Ni等化合物相的析出。Ni- Cr- Si- B series nickel- based alloy coating is deposited on copper alloy substrate using plasma transferred arc welding. The microstructure and property of the coating are studied using test instruments like scanning electron microscopy,x- ray diffraction meter and micro- hardness meter,with the result showing that substrate and spray welding layer have realized metallurgical fusion and the spray welding layer consisting of γ- Ni and γ＇-Ni solid solutions,with the phases of such chemical compounds as Fe Ni3,Al B2,Cr B and Cr Ni precipitated at the same time.
