摘　　要：教育结构的变化受产业结构调整的影响,而产业结构的优化在-定程度上又要依靠合理的教育结构.根据2000年至2013年天津市相关数据指标,采用Moore 结构变化值,利用时间序列和灰色关联法测算高等教育结构变动与产业结构变动的时滞.在此基础上通过灰色关联法研究高等教育结构与产业结构的相关性,以发现高等教育结构中存在的问题,从而促进天津市高等教育结构与产业结构的协调发展.The changes of education structure is under the influence of the adjustment of industrial structure.While,the optimization of industrial structure to a certain extent,depends on the reasonable education structure.According to the relevant data indicators from 2000 to 2013 in Tianjin,using Moore structure change value,time series and gray correlation method are used to measure the time delay of the changes in higher education structure and the changes in industrial structure.On the basis of this,it studied the relevance of higher education structure and industrial structure by using the method of gray correlation,in order to find the problems existing in higher education structure,so as to promote the coordinated development of higher education structure and industrial structure in Tianjin.
