摘　　要：目的观察分析连续性血液净化治疗重症脓毒症合并应激性心肌病的效果.方法：抽选病例数共有76例,均来自于2013年8月～2015年9月本院接收的重症脓毒症合并应激性心肌病门诊患者与住院患者,根据随机平分原则分为对照组和观察组,对照组38例患者采用常规治疗,观察组38例患者基于常规治疗予以持续性血液净化治疗,比较二者疗效.结果：两组患者经治疗相关血流动力学指标和炎症指标均好转,其中观察组患者各指标好转情况更为明显（P〈0.05）.结论：运用连续性血液净化来治疗重症脓毒症合并应激性心肌病,疗效显著.Objective: To observe and analyze the effect of continuous blood purification in the treatment of severe sepsis complicated with stress cardiomyopathy.Methods:Lottery case number 76 cases,both from in August 2013 and 2015, the hospital received severe sepsis sepsis combined with stress cardiomyopathy outpatients and inpatients,according to the principle of randomly divided divided into the observation group and the control group, and the control group (38 cases) were treated by routine therapy, observation group of 38 cases of patients based on routine therapy be continuous blood purification treatment, compared with the two curative effect.Results:The two groups of patients with treatment related hemodynamic indicators and inflammatory indicators were improved, and the observation group patients were significantly better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of continuous blood purification to treat severe sepsis complicated with stress cardiomyopathy,curative effect is remarkable.
