健脾化痰治疗高血脂症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察高脂血症运用健脾化痰方治疗的临床效果.方法：选择2012年2月～2013年2月我中心收治高脂血症患者160例,进行随机分组,观察组则运用健脾化痰剂治疗,对照组用西药,对比两组疗效.结果：观察组患者的HDL-C、TC以及TG等各项血脂指标改善明显优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：临床上运用健脾化痰剂加减对高脂血症进行治疗,不良反应小、安全性高,不仅提高疗效,而且改善患者的血脂水平.Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of hyperlipemia with the treatment of invigorating spleen and resolving phlegm.Methods:To choose Feb 2012 on Feb 2013 of 160 cases of our center from patients with hyperlipidemia,all patients of group therapy,observation group uses formula for treatment of invigorating spleen and resolving phlegm,compared with a control group treated with western medicine,compared to two groups of curative effect.Results:The observation group of patients with HDL-C,TC and TG and other blood lipid indicators improved significantly better than the control group,there were significant differences between the groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of the spleen and eliminating phlegm in the treatment of hyperlipidemia,adverse reactions,high safety,not only improve the efficacy,but also improve the blood lipid level of patients.
