摘　　要：以1-吗啉基丙烯和2-氯丙烯腈为原料,通过加成、水解、萃取和脱溶等工序,合成2-氯-4-甲酰基戊腈;研究了溶剂用量、原料配比、反应温度及时间,水解酸用量等对2-氯-4-甲酰基戊腈含量和收率的影响。结果:溶剂二氯乙烷的用量为200g,2-氯丙烯腈与1-吗啉基丙烯的摩尔比1.2:1,在45℃下保温4hr,水解酸用量1.15,所得2-氯-4-甲酰基戊腈含量和收率最高。2-Chloro-4-formylvaleronitrile were synthesized from 1-morpholinyl propylene and 2-chloro acrylonitrile by addition,hydrolysis,extraction and desolventizing process.The effect of amount of solvent,feeding molar ratio,addition temperature and time,amount of acid of hydrolysis on the content and yield of 2-chloro-4-formyl valeronitrile were analyzed and studied.Results:It is showed that using dichloroethane as solvent,dichloroethane feeding amount of 200 g,the molar ratio of 2-chloro acrylonitrile and 1-morpholinyl propylene was 1.2:1,incubated 4 hours at 45℃,the amount of acid of hydrolysis was 1.15,the highest content and yield of 2-chloro-4-formylvaleronitrile was obtained.
