摘  要:对2002、2007、2014版《标准》大学段的评价指标、评分标准等进行比较分析,认为2002版的评分标准太低,对体育教学双方兼有负面影响;2007版的部分选测项目指标有明显的类比错误,且良好率评分标准较高,实践中存在优良率偏低的问题,不利于达标活动与高校其他工作的协调发展;2014版的评价指标与评分方法是对大学生体质健康标准的返璞归真,但尚有及格标准较低、三四年级评分标准有悖大学生身体素质变化现状、优良率的设计理论值较2007版更低等值得注意的地方。提出了主动做好体育课与施行《标准》的有机结合、开设三年级以上体育必修课、妥善处理达标优良率与奖学金评选条件的矛盾等应对策略。Through analyzing and comparing the assessment quota and the grading system of College Students’ Physical Health Standard in different versions of 2002, 2007 and 2014, the author realizes that different versions have their own flaws. The grading system of the 2002 version is too low, which has negative effect on both students and teachers in PE classes. There are obvious analogical errors in some indices of selective sports projects in the 2007 version. In practice, a low excellent rate of the Standard Reaching Test has been caused by the high standard grating system, which did not facilitate the coordinated development of the standard PE tests and other sports events in colleges and universities. Although the 2014 version returns to the nature of Colege Students’ Physical Health Standard by the asesmen <br> t quota and the grading system, there are also some improvements should be taken into consideration, such as the standard of pass is too low, the grading system for Grade three and Grade four is contrary to the current situation to the physical quality of nowadays’ college students, the designed theoretical value of excellent rate is lower than that of the 2007 version. The author conducts strategies to combine harmoniously the PE classes with the application of the Standard, to make PE classes compulsory for the third and the fourth grade, to deal with the conflict properly between the low excellent rate of the Standard Reaching Test and the requirement of scholarship awarding.
