摘　　要：针对教育部启动的中国高校视频公开课建设计划,初步分析国内大学精品视频公开课建设现状,从课程建设的整体设计思路、授课内容和形式选择等方面,介绍微量元素与人体健康视频公开课建设的体会,并对课程建设过程中存在的问题加以总结,为课程建设的后续完善提供思路。According to the construction plan of Chinese university open video course initiated by the Ministry of Education, and preliminary analyzed the current situation of Chinese university open video course construction, this paper introduces the course construction concerned the trace elements and human health in the holistic instructional design and the choice of the course content and form. Moreover, the existing problems in the course of construction were summarized, which provide ideas for further refinement of the course.
