摘　　要：在当前就业形势日益严峻的背景下,新建地方本科院校大学生就业思想发生了一些变化,其思想政治素养也已影响到就业。本文通过分析该类院校学生的特点和暴露的就业观念问题,就如何以就业为导向,提升新建本科院校大学生思想政治素养,提出了创新思政教育的原则、要求和解决途径。In this article,through analyzing the character of college students and the exposed problems inemployment concept,puts forward the innovative principles and solutions of ideological educatio on how to takeemployment as the guidance to promote newly built undergraduate course colleges and universities ideologicaland political quality.
