摘　　要：针对传统遥感卫星数据分发模式中存在的受众窄、被动性和延迟性等缺陷,提出了一种新的"遥感卫星数据实时主动服务"模式。该种服务模式具有:受众广泛,有效地解决了传统服务模式主要面向专业受众的缺陷;即时、主动地向不同用户发送其定制区域遥感数据,满足了不同用户对遥感数据时效性的需求;实现遥感数据的定点按内容的实时自动推送,大大减少用户的工作量。该文凭借中国科学院遥感与数字地球研究所数据接收的优势,综合实时遥感数据快速传输技术、高效的遥感数据综合处理算法、实时主动的数据与信息推送技术,以及先进的基于移动终端的卫星图像数据展示等技术,完成了独具特色的遥感卫星实时主动推送服务系统的设计方案。After analyzing the limitations of current remote sensing data distribution models,this paper proposes a new data distribution model called the active-based instant remote sensing data service.The new model possesses three competitive advantages in that,1)it focuses on the non-specialist users,rather than only serving for the users with special knowledge;2)it can distribute data in an efficient way,meeting the time-sensitive requirements of different users;3)when the data is available,it can actively distribute the data covering the places of interests with which users are concerned,reducing user workload dramatically.With the powerful capability of satellite data reception of RADI,we take advantage of comprehensive and efficient remote sensing data processing algorithms,advanced network technologies,Web-based visualization technologies,workflow technologies and web services to develop the unique active-based instant remote sensing data service system.
