摘  要:本文采用水性环氧树脂为粘接剂,硅微粉、高岭土为骨料制备了环氧树脂多孔材料,研究了环氧树脂用量和不同固化剂对多孔材料吸水率、孔隙率和强度的影响。结果表明:随着胶结料环氧树脂的增加,多孔材料的吸水率和孔隙率下降,而其抗压强度不断增加,不同固化剂对多孔材料的强度、吸水率和孔隙率影响不同。Epoxy - based porous materials were prepared by using waterborne epoxy resin as adhesive, silica and kaolin powders as aggregate. The effects of epoxy resin content and curing agent type on the water absorption, porosity and strength of the porous materials were studied systematically. The results show that,as the binder content increased, the porosity and water absorption of the porous materials decreased, but its compressive strength increased. The type of cure agent plays differentrole in the strength, water absorption and porosity effects of the porous materials.
