民机工业计量测试技术规范研究与体系建设思考

摘　　要：分析了国内外民机工业计量测试技术规范的研究现状;在总结研究路线、研究内容及成效的同时,分析了当前我国在规范研究方面存在的问题,探讨了计量测试技术规范体系建设的原则;从补充大型试验系统和非标测试设备、数字化设备、产品验收、特种和先进的计量测试技术规范角度,提出了完善民机计量测试技术规范体系的建议。Research status of metrology and measurement technical standard in civil aircraft industry is analyzed in this paper. By summarizing the research route,research content and effectiveness etc,we propose the issue of the metrology and measurement technical standard research in civil aircraft industry,and probe the construction principles of the technical standard system. Finally,we give some advices to improve the metrology and measurement technical standard system in civil aircraft industry,mainly by adding metrology and measurement technical standard of large test systems and non-standard test equipment,digital measurement device equipment,product acceptance test and special and advanced test.
